ingredients
- 500 g pasta (tagliatelle,istrian fui ecc.)
- 100 g butter
- 250 ml of cream
- 80 g Zigante White Tartufata
- Salt pepper
- native olive oil extra (or Truffle olive oil )
- Parmesan depending on your taste
Preparation First cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente. Then fold the butter into the warm pasta until it has melted. Put a little olive oil in a small pan over the lowest heat, then season the cream with salt and pepper. Mix the warm cream sauce with the white tartufata and the tagliatelli. Be careful, the cream sauce shouldn't be too hot, otherwise the white truffle will lose its taste! Before serving, rub the parmesan over the top if you like.
