Istrian pasta (fuzi) with tartufata

ingredients
- 80 g tartufata
- white truffle olive oil
- 320 g Istrian pasta (fuzi)
- 80 g butter
- 200 g cream
- salt
- pepper
- Parmesan cheese
preparation
First melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Add the cream, season with salt and pepper and let simmer for a while. Cook the fuzi noodles in salted water "al dente". Then just drain the pasta and then pour the sauce over it. Add the tartufata and a few drops of white truffle olive oil. Serve with freshly grated parmesan. Once the tartufata has been opened, please use it within seven days.
